We have a long history of successful crisis management, are constantly monitoring the coronavirus, and will make necessary adjustments to our operations as we learn more.
JM&A Group Operations
We have instituted a Critical Response plan that enables the majority of JM&A associates to continue their work functions remotely. So far, this transition has been seamless, and we will continue delivering exceptional service to you.
- Our customer service teams are operating normally. We encourage you to continue utilizing tools such as DealerSource for maintenance, self-pay, RHT authorizations, coupon book reorders and labor rate changes.
- We are fully staffed to ensure contract holders and repair facilities will have their calls answered in a very timely manner.
- Our Performance Development Center has ramped up our execution of Virtual Learning. In light of current circumstances, we have temporarily suspended in-person training. If you have training needs please reach out to your local field team to coordinate a quick response.
JM&A Group Field Support
In order to ensure health and safety, we are encouraging JM&A Field Associates to communicate virtually where possible. We have advised our teams to connect with you in advance to seek guidance on dealership visits to make certain our efforts are in alignment with yours. Our teams will follow City, State and Federal guidelines where applicable.
